Message they were only like $70 a piece. Because they are only 28mm thick, they dissipate the heat much better and at the last auto-x event I went to (1st one since my conversion and brake upgrade) I got absolutely NO brake fade. In addition, because they are 2mm thinner than stock, it allows for a bit of 'free play'. Explaining, the 3/8" steel braket you will use to space the caliper out will not 'perfectly' center the rotor in the middle of the caliper. If I recall, it is about 2mm offset. BUT, because the rotor is 2mm thinner, you get the clearance you need to fit everything, even with new pads it all fits with no problem. I thoroughly enjoyed putting american parts on my car to make it slower. =) Have fun and let me know if there is anything you need in this conversion - there is an order of assembly that is kinda tricky. Be sure to use grade 9 fasteners too. Good luck!
